What You Will Do:

• Lead prioritization of IT service incidents and manage problem backlogs
• Act as the primary contact for IT service issues, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and develop solutions
• Support implementation of IT processes and controls, reporting status and KPIs
• Develop and maintain technical solutions, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance
• Create and update IT service documentation, including recovery plans and troubleshooting steps
• Identify and mitigate IT service risks, aligning with the organization's risk framework
• Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery using best practices
• Oversee IT change processes to ensure proper planning and implementation
• Coordinate security hardening and vulnerability management
• Ensure services meet SLAs and OLAs, monitoring and reporting on metrics
• Provide direction to the team, setting tactical targets and assessing team competence
• Plan and control operational costs, including invoice approval
• Facilitate service review meetings with suppliers and ensure SLAs are supported by OLAs
• Work on-call shifts to resolve IT incidents and ensure stability

What We Expect: 

• Experience in IT service management with a strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, DevOps, and other IT management and delivery frameworks
• Essential knowledge of IT infrastructure, operations, and technologies, including experience with cloud computing, networking, software development, cybersecurity, and database management
• Proven ability to manage IT operations, including handling incidents, configuration management, problem management, change management, event management, and other operational aspects of IT services
• Experience in developing and testing IT service recovery and continuity plans
• Experience in IT risk management, supplier procurement, and relationship management is a plus
• Familiarity with license and IT asset management principles
• Ability to engage in commercial communications and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
