Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to drive the execution and success of our product development initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of product management, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business goals.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead and manage product development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, while monitoring progress and addressing any risks or roadblocks.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage resources and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Continuously refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support Head of Product with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Act as a problem-solver, resolving conflicts and driving solutions that balance stakeholder needs and project constraints.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, business informatics or have comparable practical experience.
- You have at least two years of experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably in product development.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Based in Lithuania, Cyprus or Dubai.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Open to new processes, tools and ideas and value strong, honest communication.
- Personal responsibility: You feel comfortable in an ambitious environment and proactively do everything you can to achieve your goals.
- Certifications: PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or similar certifications are a plus.
