Join our team! We are looking for a HR Specialist in Vilnius office!
The HR Specialist ensures the smooth and uninterrupted administration and supervision of the day-to-day running of the office, the management of the stock of resources required for the day-to-day running of the office, and the provision of workstations. They also organise the selection of staff, the formalisation of employment relationships and familiarisation with all the company's business processes and the documents governing them, the maintenance of staff personnel files, the coordination of work schedules and all other staff management issues.
What you will be doing?
- Organise a proper reception in accordance with generally accepted corporate business standards in order to quickly and efficiently organise the flow of visitors to the office and to identify and meet the needs of guests.
- Prepare meeting rooms, work areas with necessary equipment, goods and services.
- Receiving, distributing, filing, sending, storing documents, including the cost of handling additional documents/documents received by, in accordance with the company's
procedures.
- Performing general office duties such as copying, scanning, destroying documents.
- Ensuring the flow of both incoming and internal information between the corporate structure,
staff and management.
- Participate in the organisation, planning and coordination of company events.
- Administration of personnel records.
- Systematising and analysing personnel information.
- Development and management of personnel projects.
- Recruitment and selection of new staff.
- Coordinating staff training.
- Other tasks as assigned by the company's manager.
Some must haves:
- Ability to plan and execute work independently and as part of a team.
- High sense of responsibility and ethics.
- Excellent problem-solving and information retrieval skills.
- University degree or higher.
- Initiative, diligence, hard work and organisation.
- Experience in HR.
- Very good knowledge of English (written and oral).
Gross salary of 1750 EUR / month.
Maternity leave cover.
