As a Financial Analyst you will be supporting Productivity Finance Team in every day tasks. You are going to have opportunity to join newly formed team with great possibilities to grow and develop extra professional skills.
Responsibilities:
Support routine refresh and refinement of data encompassing our enterprise expense matrix, and related KPIs.
Tracking of relevant enterprise KPIs for MBR reporting.
Support monitoring and financial reporting for in-flight Productivity initiatives.
Provide analytical support for new Productivity opportunities and execution plans.
Work cross functionally to enable data collection as needed – focus on International Business Group (IBG) including Alliance Healthcare & World Courier.
Ad hoc analysis & reporting as needed.
Requirements:
General understanding of routine FP&A processes (e.g, annual Plan, Long Range Plan, monthly forecast).
Fluency in Enterprise Planning Management (EPM) system highly preferred (SAP experience preferred but not necessary).
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting data and collaborating with business partners across the world.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Ability to understand and interpret financial data.
Minimum Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis within a large corporation or global business service environment.
Proficiency in Enterprise Planning Management (EPM) systems and Workday.
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
