A results-driven Paid Social Media Expert who knows how to unlock the full potential of social media channels. You have experience running global campaigns, thrive on data-driven decision-making, and love diving deep into analytics to optimize performance. If you're passionate about scaling campaigns, experimenting with strategies, and transforming insights into impact—this is your chance to make a difference on a global stage.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

    • Launch and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok to maximize performance
    • Continuously analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging advertising strategies to refine campaign approaches
    • Experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and creative elements to enhance engagement and ROI

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Paid Social Manager or in a similar role
    • Strong expertise in Paid Social Media for global markets, with a focus on the US market.
    • Proven track record of increasing ROI through performance-driven social campaigns
    • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
    • Solid knowledge of PPC metrics, data analytics
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
    • Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills to track execution accuracy and campaign progress
    • Strong ability to design scalable testing frameworks for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
    • ability to document, analyze, and refine paid social workflows efficiently.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop unique ad angles that capture audience attention

GROSS SALARY

    • 2450 - 3630 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
