Your role at Hostinger

As an executive business administrator (EBA), you'll be the backbone of daily operations—managing calendars, maintaining key documents, and keeping processes efficient to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll organize and update critical materials such as project timelines, meeting agendas, and Hostinger Handbook. Working closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and the CEO Team, you'll help drive efficiency, streamline operations, and support key strategic initiatives.

Your day-to-day

    • Keep everything running smoothly – manage complex calendars, track tasks, and proactively remove roadblocks.
    • Optimize & streamline – improve workflows, implement best practices, and ensure seamless coordination.
    • Leverage AI & automation – use AI tools to enhance efficiency, automate routine tasks, and improve decision-making.
    • Own strategic initiatives – Lead special projects that support company-wide objectives and executive priorities.
    • Turn data into insights – organize information, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for meetings and processes.
    • Ensure alignment & structure – maintain critical documents, oversee event planning, and keep projects on track.
    • Be the glue between teams – collaborate closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and executive team to align priorities and drive execution.

Your skills and experience

    • Calendar and diary management: experience in managing complex calendars, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
    • Event planning and logistics: Expertise in organizing off-sites, board meetings, and team-building events, including venue booking, arranging travel, and managing expenses.
    • Event and travel coordination: expertise in coordinating business trips, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Familiarity with organizing external visits, off-site meetings, and conferences. 
    • Meeting organization and documentation: proven experience in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking detailed minutes. Skilled in tracking action items and ensuring follow-ups are executed.
    • Project and task management: strong organizational skills in managing multiple priorities, including tracking and managing OKRs, Jira boards, and other project management tools to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
    • Stakeholder management: ability to communicate effectively across departments and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the CEO, Chief of Staff, and other senior executives.
    • Communication and coordination: high-level proficiency in coordinating with executives and teams for internal and external meetings, and providing clear communication on logistical details and updates.
    • Document and data management: experience in maintaining and organizing important business documents (e.g., OKR planning, Weekly Business Reviews, reports) and ensuring consistency in tracking and reporting.
    • Problem-solving and initiative: proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues before they arise, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Continuous improvement: always looking for ways to improve processes, streamline operations, and make recommendations for better efficiency and productivity.

Compensation

    • Gross salary from 4000 -5500 EUR/month (depending on your experience).
