Communications specialist

We are currently seeking a communication specialist to develop and implement strategic communication plans to effectively convey messages to our target audiences.

• a degree in communication or a similar field
• at least 2 years of experience in communications, public relations or employer branding
• experience in establishing and maintaining contacts with the media
• you have already tried your hand at managing corporate or project social media accounts
• able to express yourself fluently in writing and orally and, where appropriate, to argue your points well
• communicate well in Lithuanian and English (oral and written)

• organize external and internal communication processes
• plan and implement the company's communication on social media channels
• draft external and internal reports, articles, newsletters and other texts
• management of internal info channels
• implement of the company's employer branding plan
• cooperate with external communication partners on relevant projects
